You get what you pay for
There's no denying, it's a bang for your buck.
Bought them to replace cracked zildjian low volume ones. These seem to be have some kind of a high frequency fizz that z's don't have and overall sound that comes out of them isn't as pleasant as zildjians for my personal preference. However I'm more than happy to buy the whole set of these for the price of one z ride! A little piece of gaff tape seems to tame the hiss really well. Bells pretty much don't exist on low volume cymbals, so these aren't an exeption either. Hopefully they'll last a while!

you get what you pay for, and in this case probably more...
The cymbals are not bad, and for a fraction of the price of famous cymbals manufacturers it's a good deal, given the fact that these are practice cymbals and not live or recording ones. Having said that, the crash and ride are ok, the hi-hat, I don't like it so much...
