Worth the money.

I bought this as I wanted an acoustic looking set. Firstly, the quality of the drums and triggers is great. Yes, the hardware is not same as Tama or dw, but it is fine and works well.

The triggering is spot on, minimal hot spotting, responsive, accurate.

The module is fine. but I sold mine quickly and bought a Roland td-12. Lots of people may say the mps1000 sounds fine - and it does. And you can use it to trigger ez drummer etc and it will be spot on. I just wanted the edibility of the sounds for cheap (TD12 cost 220).

The cymbals are really, really good. The hit with built in controller does not work with the Roland module so I bought a vh-11, but I could have bought the millennium version happily. With the mps1000 module, the hit controller and stand is really great. No complaints whatsoever.

So, in conclusion, is good value to use as is (ignore people saying millennium is poor quality, this is an HXM kit and the quality is good).

If you want to hook it up with a vst software drum package it'll blow you away.

If you want to swap the module, easy and good to go. Just be aware you may need to swap a cymbal or two.

As it stands, I am so glad I chose this. Great service from Thomann and good warranty.

Not the best quality

This is obviously a cheaper and a more budget friendly E-Drum Set. But the quality of the rubber used on the actual drums are not good and my snare drum rubber was ripped the same day i got it. Also the snare sensor fell off many times (i fixed it with duct tape)
