The stand is remarkably stable when it's holding a guitar. However, it's easily knocked over when it isn't.
The legs should be much longer and fold out to lower angles of around 10° for the front pair and 15° for the shorter back one.
It's maybe ok for an acoustic guitar in the studio, but I wouldn't use it live or at rehearsals.
The whole head-holding unit should also be detachable or collapsible if you're carting this around with other hardware, as it's pretty impractical when it comes to folding up and storing. It sticks out 20cm at a right angle from the vertical tube.
