Great cymbal but came with a dent on the edge

I added this drum cymbal to my setup just a few months ago, and I'm really impressed with its performance! The sound quality is exceptional, striking a perfect balance between bright and dark tones, which suits a variety of musical styles from jazz to metal. It has become my go-to cymbal for any genre. Its durability is also noteworthy, standing up to intense playing sessions without showing any signs of wear. Overall, I highly recommend this cymbal to any drummer looking to enhance their sound and performance.

P.S. I rated the quality 4/5 because the cymbal arrived with minor dent on the edge. However, the Meinl Pure Alloy 18" Medium Crash, which I also ordered alongside this one, arrived intact without any damage. So, I deducted one point for that.

Edit: After playing this cymbal for 6 months, a crack started to spread from the dent on its edge, even though I didn't hit it hard and my technique for striking cymbals is correct.

Für Metaldrummer bietet dieses Becken einen robusten und zuverlässigen Partner, im Jazz fungiert es als klare Ansage. Bei sowohl sanften als auch harten Schlägen regiert es sofort ohne lange nachzuklingen. Alles in Allem ein universal einsetzbares Becken, dass ihrem Sound einen klaren und vollen Charackter verleiht und das alles zu einem sehr fairen Preis! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Nachdem nach 10 Jahren Dauereinsatz mein Meinl 20" Soundcaster Crash gerissen ist, musste Ersatz her. Habe mich für die Pure Alloy Serie entscheiden, da ja leider die Soundcaster Serie nicht mehr produziert wird. Habe diese Entscheidung nicht bereut. Das Crash fügt sich super ins Klangbild der restlichen (Soundcaster) Becken ein. Verabeitung ist in gewohnter Meinl Qualität top.
