Eine tolle Bereicherung zum Spiel auf der Cajon ist das Knee Pad von Meinl.
Sehr schnell um das Bein geschnallt stört es auch bei längeren Gigs nicht und ist angenehm zu tragen.
Der Sound kann stark verändert werden, indem man durch verschiedenes Anschlagen mehr oder weniger Jingles aktiviert.
Der Klang des Korpus ähnelt dem eines Woodblocks und passt sehr gut als Click-Sound.
