good on paper, awful drivers

This interface was perfect on paper for my setup. Unfortunately, awful drivers, interface disconnecting intermittently, tried all the standard fixes, went as far as changing bios parameters on my desktop... I sent it to an official repair store, who diagnosed a faulty usb cable and replaced it. Even after that, same issues. Whether I'm using the usb c to usb c connector or the other one, same issues. I cannot use it.
