It only fits 5/8" and lower, so not 3/8": it was written on the description but I did not put so much attention on that, so my bad!
Anyways, I bought a small adapter for going from 3/8" to 5/8'' which is really useful anyways, so it's okay.
Maybe only a bit expensive for what it does.

Solid but not for cameras
Quality is fantastic, it's perfect if you need a simple ball joint to hold a microphone.
Not good for cameras, because the mount is hard plastic without rubber lining. It won't provide enough friction and might scratch the camera. A DIY rubber padding might help a lot, but similar products with a quick release are better.
