A useful tool
These tilting adapters work fine are well made and have lasted me well. However, they do make the speakers look slightly wonky when in use which I think looks a little unprofessional and I would always prefer to use speakers with tilted top hats already installed as they ensure the weight is properly balanced over the centre of the stand, but they get you out of trouble when avoiding reflections off a back wall. The tightening nuts can dent aluminium speaker stands it would be better if they either fit more snugly on 35mm stands thus removing need for tightening bolt or had some sort of rubber cushion.

Useful but janky
I find these very useful, but they don't live up to K&M's usually very high standard.
The plastic ring that shows you the angle comes separated, so the numbers aren't very useful at all.
It can also be hard to tell exactly the right way to point it to avoid the speaker tilting slightly on the wrong axis.
Adjustments can be difficult once the weight of the speaker is on it.
I personally prefer the Gravity tilt adapter that has a fixed angle.
