The Jackson Pro Corey Beaulieu KV7Q FR is a solid revenge string guitar with excellent construction from Jackson. Designed to play Trivium's fast paced technical riffs and Corey's lightning leads, the neck profile lends itself to this perfectly.
The Seymour Duncan Damocles active pick ups produce an excellent tone on both ends, for down low seven string chugging and high end soloing.
The only minor annoyance of the guitar is the Floyd Rose Bridge causing the guitar to consistently go out of tune but this comes with the territory of Floyd Rose bridges.
Also a minor point of note for anybody thinking of buying a King V case for the guitar: due to the slightly altered custom shape, the internal foam of the Jackson King V case needs to be modified slightly to allow the guitar fit.
