I think it is a seemingly useful tool. It can do a lot and is fairly powerful.
What I don't enjoy is the LUFS levels that are targeted. The Algorythm goes a bit crazy and you always have to dial back to have a bit less crushed sounding mixes.
Also Analyzing sound profiles etc, does not work the expected magic.
Nonetheless, the low-end focus, clarity feature, truepeak limiters and many more are all helpful in the last bit of the production.
It can help you make music sound louder and fuller and a bit more controlled.
What I personally miss is that it magically enhances things to sound more lively, like master tape emulations can handle it e.g.
That being said it depends on the type of music you are making and what you are after but all in all this will help you get your mixes to reasonable level.

Dieses Paket ist ein Phänomen. Ich bin eigentlich ein Old school Amateur-Musiker/-Produzent und arbeite hauptsächlich mit den Vintage-Rekreationen klassischer Hardware von Softube und der Abbey Road Suite von Waves. Analoge Regler nachgebildeter Hardware zu drehen, ist für mich intuitiver. Außerdem liebe ich die alte Analogtechnik und den Klassikrock der 60er und 70er. Ich muss aber auch feststellen, dass nach so einem alten 4-Band-parametrischen EQ dieses Bundle beim Mixen nochmal den letzten Schliff gibt. Besonders beim Mastern ist Ozone für mich seit den letzten drei Generationen nicht mehr wegzudenken. Meine „fachliche“ Achillesferse ist die Gesangsbearbeitung. Nectar nimmt mich perfekt an die Hand. Mich nervt als langjähriger Izotope-Kunde, dass die kostenpflichtigen Upgrades in zunehmend kürzeren Abständen released werden, aber es hat sich bis jetzt immer ein Sale gefunden, der die Investitionen erträglich werden lässt. Auf dem riesigen, kaum noch zu überblickenden Plugin-Markt behauptet Izotope sich meines Erachtens immer noch als Platzhirsch.
