Istanbul Agop 21" Xist Dry Dark Brill. Crash

I bought this as I’d heard good things about Istanbul Agop and wanted some larger cymbals to experiment with, and after just a few gigs it was already my favourite crash.
Really well balanced, not too dark but not too bright either, quick decay means you can ride this crash quite a lot too, and I often use it as an aggressive crash-ride due to how easy it is to open up from a light ping to a washy, china-esque sound.
really applicable to any genre I’ve tried so far, from Punk to Country and even some jazz and Latin purposes.
Sound engineers love it as it blends really well in the mix and it isn’t a very loud crash which makes it great for small stages and also when micing the cymbals.
Build quality is great for a very thin cymbal, no cracks yet after a while of playing fairly heavily so hopefully that holds up!
All in all I’m super happy with it and it’s definitely inspired me to try out some more Agop cymbals!
