Maximum gain give minimum power - disappointed

I very surprised when I plug my active TRBX304 into this device.
With the gain to maximum, I have a very small wave power in my PC with Audacity.
The same surprise on my smart phone with the recommanded Amplitube software.
In fact; you must plug your amplifier on this one to have more power.
It completly make no sens if I go in hollidays.
I'm not very happy of my choice.

Firstly the item has a slight mark/scratch on it so its obviously been used before. Secondly there is lots of hiss on everything i use it to record which is ultimately why i only give 1 star.

who needs in-app purchases.

I hate this amplitude system, a meld of gaming and shopping. I don't want to buy 'gear', I just want a useable amp simulation, and the ones you get for 'free' are barely useable.
I can use it to tune my guitar, the software that comes with it is only trying to tickle more money out of my pocket. Garbage!

Item does not work on iPad or MacBook Air. Bought with intention of using on those. Now their tech support states that I need their new model to use on computer.
