I never liked the time I had to use for finishing brand-new reeds.
I use the Fiberreed Carbon "M" on a Berg Larsen Ebonite 115 on a Low Bb Baritone Sax, mainly playing Jazz.
This Reed solved all my trouble. I take the new one , put it on the Mouthpiece and play it a year or more. That's close to perfect!

Habe die Carbonblätter in verschiedenen Varianten und mit verschiedenen Mundstücken durch probiert. Mein Fazit: Das Carbon gibt einen hellen klaren Sound, mit dem man sich in Orchestern sehr gut durchsetzen kann und der auch in das Gesamtbild eines üblichen Blasorchesters passt. Das Blatt spricht nach kurzer Eingewöhnung sehr gut an. Allerdings ist es meiner Meinung nach härter (dem Wert nach) als vergleichbare Holzblätter. Einziger Nachteil: nach einiger Zeit hat sich mit diesem Blatt mein Ansatz verhärtet. (Liegt vll auch nur an mir aber ich finde es erwähnenswert) Nutzte die Blätter jetzt nur noch sporadisch und habe seit dem keine Probleme mehr mit meinem Ansatz.

Pas de souci de choix d'anche avant de jouer, la qualité de cette anche est assez régulière.
Attention cependant aux fibres de carbone qui peuvent ( très rarement & après une longue utitlisation ) se détacher légèrement, source de mini-blessure à la lèvre ou à la langue.

Nach meiner Erfahrung verlässt langen Baritonblätter gerne früh die nötige Spannkraft. Mit dem fiberreed carbon passiert das weniger schnell. Die Ansprache ist gut (Tiefe etwas schwierig, kann an mir liegen). Das Legato ist fantastisch. Das habe ich mit keinem anderen Blatt erreicht (, d. h. wenn die Finger fuschen, hört man es sofort, ehrlicher geht's nicht).
