Bought it as soon as it came out
Was excited to get this guitar. Have a T sytle fusion and I love the neck on it, so thought the experience would be the same with this guitar.
Unfortunately the frets were very scratchy. They needed a polish. Not as smooth as the Fusion 2.
As others have mentioned and a youtube review. the jack input is sticky and wobbly. ie poor quality.
The Vega trem is really good.
I have swapped out the Tesla pickups for Tonerider Birminghams because I found the Teslas a bit compressed for my liking. Personal preference.
I havent checked the fret leveling. but the action is a little high. so it may be an issue if i drop it a bit.
ive heard one review on youtube saying the volume knob is blocked by the tremlo and should be moved a cm to the left. I havent come accross this issue yet, as I tend to just set the volume and leave it.
Overall it is a nicely built guitar. It seems my gripes could easily be picked up by Quality control. I feel sorry for the guy in the first review.
Maybe Thoman should swap out the guitar for him.
I love what Harley benton are doing for young guitarists. Just need that little tweek or two and its a solid guitar.
