Electrics Failed To Work

The electrical socket connection failed to work. The volume and tone knobs were badly fitted also. Really nice looking model and the natural wood has a lovely look. Sounded nice enough played acoustically but really I wanted to hear this electrified. Liked it enough to wait two months for a replacement. Disappointed with Thomann's service. Expected better.
