Perfect but... 1 issue...

everything is perfect but there 1 issue with the string.. the 4th string got almost broken... I dont know why but if Thomann want some pic.. I can give... it almost 5 star.. I m really happy when I received the guitar.. but a bid sad.. 1) its out of tune 2) 4th fred string got almost broken..
