Harley Benton SC-Custom III Purple Burst

Read lots of great reviews about the SC-Custom III. Unfortunately, the guitar I was sent should never have passed quality control. It has a very high action and the string buzz is terrible. The strings even buzz when playing open, and the buzz remains through the entire fretboard.

No true frets are level (A technician showed me with a gauge) and the guitar doesn't stay in tune either. When you bend or do vibrato, it feels like you're scratching a fret off sometimes.

I've sent the guitar to a technician to fix these problems. Ideally, I'd have liked to return it but I live in a third world country with insane import laws. I already paid double the amount for this guitar than it was worth due to custom duties. Returning it and would've just caused another set of hassles I didn't have the mental capacity to tolerate.

I guess you get what you paid for.
