Quite surprising
I tested some other Ministomp pedals (fuzz) and they were rather mediocre. But this one is outstanding! A really great overdrive, and very versatile too - thx to the voice control, you can use it on a clean or overdriven amp with equally great tones. I only have one small grief with it: no visible markers on the pots, so you can't see your settings - I'll add some white tippex markers.

Great pedal
I use od in three scenarios: adding small amount of dirty to clean channel to play arpeggios, increasing od to play smooth lines, and boosting the dirty channel to get metal tones. This one nails all of them. It is well made. I also liked the box, it has magnets to keep it close, well done HB!
Don't wait until jhs makes video about it, got it while it's cheap...

I just love it
Sound: I really do not know if it is even remotely comparable to a Dumble, I just like the sounds it makes. It is really different from my TS, and Timmy... It has some overlap with the Zendrive.
Quality: It is very small and really well made. It is all aluminIum except the 3 small knobs (Volume, Voice, Tone) and the big Gain knob, there is no RF interference at all. It is also very beautiful to the eye.
Power: I tried it with a Morley power adapter and there is no hiss nor hum even when I connect it straight to the power line without a conditioner. Only draws 30mA.
The only "disadvantages" are that the 3 small knobs are tiny small and that It cannot hold a battery, but what do you expect from such a small device?
I will surely buy some more pedals from this line! Thank you Thomann and HB!

Howard Dumble in the house!
Another gem from Harley Benton's MiniStomp series. Compact as it can be, the Dr. D gives you a bunch of sweet overdrives, much like the legendary high-end boutique amps. But then... for 20 bucks!
Sturdy box with a beautiful finish and low amperage consumption (which is wonderful if you're a Daisy chain kind of guitarist).
Pro tip: Great tones are right around the corner once you plug in a nice reverb afterwards...

Very good for the price!
You get very good borderlines of the Dumble sound for 20$! Goes all the way from dark to bright tones with low saturation. It has two tone controls wich i love. This one with a clean boost is a gem. Yes, it's good, sounds good and it's worth it!

Dark sounding but special
- It really have a special sound.
- A little to the dark side.
- sometimes I prefer this over the Warm Audio Warmdrive Overdrive, especially for riffs.
-Not enough gain for metal.
- unfortunately is hard to combine it with other pedals because is lossing the special character. Only with sd1 and the gain low was still nice.
For the price is one of the best products, very happy with it.
