I have been skeptical about Harly Benton. For every positive review, there is one that says how bad an experience they have had. But this JA-60cc in seafoam green caught my eye and wiggled its offset body at me like a 6-string siren tempting me to its rocks!
I was ready to be disappointed and have to return it, but so far, I'm not. Ok, it's not a premium guitar like a Gibson, Fender, or PRS, but so far, I am impressed. It sounds great, it can jangle, and it can growl. It looks great, it's comfortable to play, and it's super light (so I may lose it to my kids!).
Would I have liked a tremolo system, yes, but it's not a deal breaker at all, and for the price, I really can't complain.
I'm now looking at T Style options... This may be a slippery slope.
