Banjo imposter
I have purchased a few items from Thomann and was quite happy with them,never had any complaints, that is until i bought this "tenor banjo" a really poor instrument,the back sound box was not attached to the body, totally un-tuneable and would be a detriment to a youngster hoping to learn.i purchased the gigbag also,but it is for a long neck banjo,the short banjo just slides up and down inside it.i have never left a bad review before,but i feel i would be lacking if i did not fore warn potential buyers of the flaws in this instrument,it has an attractive low price which sounds good for a beginner,but the instrument is way off tune and is hard to listen to as an accomplished player..an expensive piece of wall art..Sorry Thomann, but it has to be said, it looks like a banjo but that is about all, an awful instrument, may i say,the first i have received from you,all my other orders were fine,and i gave good reviews on them,but this one is without malice or strife...it is a really bad "instrument" looks okay on the wall of my kids bedroom kind regards
