Only reason I bought this horrible piece of kit was to try and boost a HB resonator bk. It didn't, even with my other acoustics (with piezo and active preamps) sound crap thru it.

Thomann were rather ignorant about returning the gradual package I bought from them the guitar, a second piezo and this horrible horrible amp. I will never deal with them again and I'm not a label chaser, but never Thomann and never HB anything again - utter crap.

OK - an update, hindsight is a wonderful thing.

Thomann are generally excellent 5 star to deal with, and I have continued very happily to deal with them. However - if you buy cheap (HB for example) you get what you pay for.

The hb resonator is a 1-2 star, the incremental purchases to get a loud enough sound ended up costing me more than a gretch or other resonators, and still sucks.

Thomann are very efficient, very polite and understanding about an individual product - but NOT if one needs to add over time to get the desired results from a cheap bit of kit.

Buy a gretch or better, wont need a household amp/mike/etc.
