Great reeds

These ones were harvested in 2001. So 19 years ago! The cane is excellent and as a good wine has improved over time. The response and sound are good. They are not only good substitutes to the others, but in fact they are top reeds to consider for performing. These are in fact a bit harder for my set-up, but in a concert situation things always change, requiring a bit of harder material. Overall, great price for the quality! Highly recommend.

Positiv Überascht

Klarinettenblatt mit sehr guter Ansprache und klaren geraden Sound über über alle Tonhöhen. Sehr gute Lautstärke und zentrierter Ton bei offenen Mundstück und trotzdem gleiche Ansprache in allen Höhen und tiefen. Die Qualität innerhalb einer Schachtel ist sehr gleich bleibend. Und ein guter Preis.

Ein wenig enttäuschend

Nach dem vor etwa drei Jahren immer mehr Lobeshymnen auf die Boehmklarinetten-und Saxophonblätter aus dem Hause Gonzales gesungen wurden und dann auch noch die Ankündigung kam, dass es bald einen Schnitt für deutsche Klarinette geben sollte habe ich mich riesig aufs ausprobieren gefreut.

Nach dem ich die Blätter getestet hatte war ich allerdings ein wenig enttäuscht, da sie klanglich absolut nicht dem entsprachen, was sich mir vorstelle, die Verarbeitung auch wesentlich schlechter war, als von deutschen oder französischen Herstellern gewohnt und auch das viel gelobte südamerikanische Holz nicht so doll aussah.

Man kann die Blätter sicher probieren und mit dem richtigen Mundstück auch vermutlich gute Erfolge erzielen, eine Empfehlung von meiner Seite sind sie indess nicht. Ein wesentlicher Vorteil soll aber nicht unerwähnt bleiben: die abstufung der Stärkegrade in viertel-Schritten ist wirklich eine gute Idee.
