definitiv fürs Leben

Über den Klangcharakter und die Vielseitigkeit einer 335er braucht man nichts mehr extra zu schreiben.
Die Sounds speziell bei diesem gelieferten Modell sind einfach nur überragend!
Alles klingt nach richtiger Musik, alles kommt authentisch, genau wie es klingen soll. Magisch geradezu, Mojo knietief!

Sauber gespielter Jazz klingt tatsächlich wie von einer Joe Pass CD, ein John Lee Hooker Riff klingt auch zu 100% genauso
(ich spreche hier nur von der Klangentfaltung, nicht von meinem spieltechnischen Können :)

Bin ein absoluter Fan der calibrated T-Type Pickups, sie klingen weniger weich/smooth, dafür aber schön offen, etwas heller, kantig und ansonsten einfach 335mäßig.

Die Bespielbarkeit super angenehm, schön breites Griffbrett, sehr angenehm zu spielendes Griffbrettholz und Hals-Shaping.

Man nimmt das Ding in die Hand und spürt sofort die Qualität.

Einen ärgerlichen Wermutstropfen gibts allerdings: Sie ist nicht wirklich stimmstabil, das äussert sich unter anderem bei Bendings. Laut Internet eine der typischen Gibson Krankheiten, und angeblich einfach zu beheben indem die Kerbung im Sattel vom Winkel her angepasst wird. Hab sie deshalb zu einem sehr guten Gitarrentechniker gebracht, und warte noch drauf

Ist halt in dieser gehobenen Preisklasse höchst ärgerlich !!!
... rennt aber scheinbar unter - jaja sind eben die liebenswerten kleinen Macken einer echten Gibson Gitarre >:-)
deswegen ein Stern Abzug.

Abgesehen davon ist die Gitarre aber so unfassbar geil, perfekt und wow daß ich sie auf keinen Fall zurückschicken, oder umtauschen wollte.

Nachtrag: hab sie vom Gitarrentechniker zurück. Sattelkerbungen und Saitenauflage am Steg wurden optimiert/angepasst, Tuner wurden festgezogen, das Ding ist jetzt stimmstabil.
Kosten: knappe 100 euro für ein großes Setup, inklusive oben genannter Verbesserungen.

Die neue Linkshänder-ES-335 wirkt etwas lieblos verarbeitet

Sound: prima über einen guten Röhren-Amp. Aber: Die Pickups stande sehr schräg zum Saitenverlauf, so dass die Kappen beim Höherstellen zu früh die Saiten berührten. Sie ließen sich durch Drehung der Rahmen um 180 Grad horizontaler stellen. Warum sie nicht parallel zu den Saiten standen, konnte mir keiner erklären. Die Potis sind nicht gleich leichtgängig, das stört aber nicht weiter. Die Sattelenden sind schlampig lackiert, kein Drama, aber schade. Die Kanten im Inneren des Corpus wirken splitterig. Drei Minuten Schmirgeln hätte wohl gereicht für einen besseren Innen-Eindruck. Für den Preis habe ich mehr Liebe zum Detail erwartet. Okay, ein Ferrari Dino fährt und klingt nicht schlechter, nur weil er mit Kratzer im Lack oder lockerem Außenspiegel geliefert wird. Zweifel an der Marke weckt es trotzdem. Sagt mal, Leute, muss das wirklich sein?

Non una chitarra, una leggenda!

Arrivo a questa chitarra e a questo livello di acquisto dopo una serie di prove, test e resi. Per la 335 è la sua storia a parlare, ma quando si ha in mano uno strumento di questo valore, lo si nota davvero?

La cifra che si paga è davvero giustificata?

Ad entrambe le domande la risposta per me è sì: questa chitarra è perfetta in ogni suo aspetto; dal case con cui viene fornita, alla cura degli strumenti con cui viene accompagnata, alla qualità dello strumento eccelso.

In 18 anni di musica non ho mai preso in mano uno strumento così ben rifinito e curato, con materiali così curati e pregiati. Un plus su tutti per la tastiera in palissandro indiano: mai sentito un feeling del genere su nessuna tastiera, il legno sembra vivo al tatto e sotto le dita.

Il suono è quello di una chitarra che non può e non vuole stare in disparte in un mix: sempre presente, ma limpido e bilanciato; la chitarra canta, è lirica, ha sustain, sia sui puliti che sui distorti.

Si adatta a fare praticamente tutto, mantenendo chiaro il suo carattere.
L'ariosità data dal corpo semi-vuoto aiuta a non riempire il suono di basse frequenze che la ingolferebbero nelle frequenze degli altri strumenti.

I pickup suonano come ci si aspetta, e lo strumento era ben settato.

Se non esistessero i single coil (e per alcuni l'esigenza di avere più di 22 tasti) basterebbe questa chitarra come unico strumento.

Onerosa? Tanto.
Appagante? Ancora di più!
