GHS David Gilmour String Set F

I thought these were good value but found that the plating on a number of parts of the high strings across all 4 sets had come off and it was worse on the 11s sets I bought alongside. Whether this is due to the lack of vacuum packs or production, its disconcerting. The only good things I can say is that they feel good under the fingers otherwise and the string gauges are well thought out.

They are just GHS Boomers in a custom gaugue. I tried them on my Fender Strat HSS and I didn't liked them. They are not well balanced for my taste.

I tried these strings to see how they feel like. But from the very first moment
playing these strings I felt that their is something I don´t like so much.
It´s like wearing new shoes. Even if you wear them for weeks, the won´t
fit better.
