doesn't fit the Thon Rack Panel 1U 16XLR

i wanted tuse this with the Thon Rack Panel 1U 16XLR zand the K&M lacing bar. but it doesn't fit between the mounting screws of the lacing bar and even if you could cut to lenght, there is not enough flat space above the D-size screws.

it's clean but doesn't fit my purpose
