bon intrument très mauvais emballage et accesoires non protégés

j' avais eu une première expérience chez thoman avec un stentor student 2 ( sr1500) très bon emballage et instrumet plaisant. Ayant décidé de monter en gamme avec un gewa maestro 2 , j' ai été ecoeuré de recevoir un violon qui flottait dans son emballagé grossier en carton avec des instruments qui se balladaient et en particulier un brdige ( chevallet, où pont ) qui s 'était fendu_ rendant l' utilisation, les réglages problématique pas de réponse cohérente de thomann pour commander un chevallet der echange : renvoyer le violon : et puis quoi encore ???? dernier achat de violon ici un scandale
