Practically useless - very poor sample rate (screen refresh)

Bought this after seeing it featured in many reviews, including Techmoan's excellent video. Unfortunately this unit (with the light up power switch) has such a poor sample rate, it makes the spectral display screen look like an early-2000's era GIF. Just horrible. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. If I could send this back, I would - but I'm in the US and Thomann won't pay for shipping so... looks like I'm screwed and out almost $158 USD.

product lags, has a totally unusuable refresh rate for anything professional or aesthetically as a consumer. don't buy this, the version shown in the pictures is not the same version shipped. I thought by buying directly from the company would be reliable, but no, this feels like some bootleg knockoff.

this is a cheaper 'updated' version of a once good product. avoid at all costs, esp if in the US (double shipping costs, a robbery)
