Missing pocket for wires, could be more damping material, but in general - worth of money. If you have PL 112 active or passive, it is must have, otherwise you definitely damage your speaker during transportation, because thous speakers are made of materials, which scratch easily.

Just a dust cover
It is padded but just barely. The seams look nice and all holes are "terminated" against fraying with bias tape. Heavy chemical odor upon unpacking.
