Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 4th Generation

I was really existing of this interface as it released by respectful brand, but...I am struggling with randomly freezes of sounds. It only help of sample rate changes or reboot/ I though it was due to power shortage but dedicated power input I've plugged doesn't help. Win 11 and all latest SW updates installed/ Probably some HW issue. Support suggested to perform kind of discovery to collect steps to reproduce. I don't have time for that shitty interface. This is ridiculous Unfortunately ordered here and cannot easily return (due to my current location)/ Considering to switch to other brand now
