Bad luck, an expensive paperweight...
Received the product, updated the firmware, all was going well.
The 4th time I turned it on, red screen "update failed" (there was no update, usb cable not even connected to the computer).
After turning it on several times I tried to update the firmware once again because it was the only screen I could access... "update failed".
I contacted fender support and they told me the unit was defective.
Okay, things happen, bad luck, I contact Thomann for a replacement.
But meanwhile the control app for windows wouldn't run on my expensive W11 with the latest updates computer...
So... defective hardware, defective software, come on!
Please Thomann change the replacement for money back, thank you very much and let's buy something from Finland instead. What a shame.
