Tout est résumé dans le titre. Un instrument d'exception pour un guitariste qui a changé l'histoire de l'instrument.
La finition Black Stealh est superbe et extrêmement qualitative. Tout comme tout l'instrument. La guitare est compacte et lourde. On sent que tout a été pensé par Eddie. D'ailleurs ce modèle signature est réglé selon les réglages et la guitare d'Eddie lui-même. Deux exemples : - la tige du Tremolo est constamment en mouvement et ne peut rester bloquée.
- attention ici : la lame du mi grave sur le tremolo est volontairement coupée pour faciliter l'usage du D-Tuner. C'est Eddie lui-même qui procédait a cette opération sur toutes ses Wolfgang. Si l'on est pas prévenu cela peut passer pour un défaut. Il n'en est rien.
Le son ? Énorme. C'est du Van Halen. Le Brown sound. Typique. Mais la guitare sait se montrer très versatile. A l'aise dans tous les styles. C'est une guitare d'exception.
Les touches en Ébène sont superbes. Le manche custom de la Wolfgang , résultat de 40 ans de recherches du King, est incroyable de jouabilité.
Petit bémol, les clés habituelles n'étaient pas jointes dans le guitar case.
Je tiens à ce propos à remercier toute l'équipe de Thomann qui a résolu ce petit souci avec rapidité et efficacité. Le top service client !
Bref, cet instrument est sans doute ce qui se fait de mieux chez Fender Custom Shop USA . Un bel héritage que nous laisse Eddie. La perfection.

Una excelente Inversión

Cuando la recibí tuve que ajustarla un poco, pero el tiempo valió la pena. Increíble el sonido y lo cómoda que es la guitarra, realmente se disfruta mucho tocando cualquier estilo y, más aún, todas las canciones de Van halen.
