If you’ve got a baritone with a 3+3 style headstock, you should be okay. But if you’ve got a 6-in-line then the top strings are pretty tough to get on with peace of mind. Unfortunately they’re just a couple of inches too short to get a good winding on them! I’m not sure if they’ve just gone for the standard scale length, forgetting that baritones are often made with slightly longer necks.
However, once I did get them on (albeit whilst still expecting the top 2 or 3 strings to slowly come out as I couldn’t get them locked in well), as you’d expect from Elixirs, they feel and sound great!
I would highly recommend these if you have a 3+3 headstock on your baritone. If you’ve got a 6-in-line, I’d recommend looking up some videos on making sure your strings are locked in well at the tuner.
