Great fun!!
Bjørn 02.01.2014
Tested on a bass, and very good tracking, and fast enough to play blistering riffs.
Not very polyphonic though, and most harmonies will sound "autotuned".
If you're looking for a synth-sound to solo on bass with, you will be pleased. I use it together with a delay and a Qtron for maximum options. Can also be used as a plain octaver..

Great tone but….
Stephan378 16.11.2024
I bought this unit to play jazz mostly. Idea being to soften the attack of the guitar in order to sound a little bit in the horn territory.
Result is pretty convincing once you dial properly the sliders.
What I do not like: switches that feel super cheap, the save-your-settings feature which is counter intuitive and of course the non existing getting started document.

JA
Awesome pedal!
Jacob A. 28.10.2013
I've used this for over six months now and it's awesome. It delivers through the whole spectrum and follows the guitar well. I haven't figured out all the features yet, since I'm to lazy to read the manual, but you can do a lot of interesting stuff. I used it a lot during the making of our latest record and it's a real inspiration source. Go for it!

First I want to mention that the delivery was, as always, impeccable. Just like you are used to it from Thomann!

The setting options are huge:

- Dry-output for the actual guitar signal volume
- 2 to +2 octaves also individually blendable into the overall signal
- Attack of the controller simulates a swell effect as a volume pedal (for example, goes well only with the dry guitar signal)
- Low-pass filter of all frequencies
- Detune to enrich the signal with a kind of chorus (only goes for the guitar signal and the two high octaves)
- DRY FX thomann to adjust what effects (effects section on the right side) is added to the dry guitar signal
- Q for the characteristics of the low-pass filter
- And of course the 8 presets, which by turn to the preset range switches by

But unfortunately this stomp box has a very bad bypass, so i decided to search for another poly octaver.
