Probably it works, but I don't recommend it. In my set, all three Straploks had noticeably different resistance — one of them was so stiff I couldn’t rotate it by hand without using extra leverage.
Subjectively, I also didn’t like the feel or look of the material — they just didn’t inspire confidence. I ended up switching back to simple rubber strap locks.

Did the job - but overpriced (as usual)
They seem to work well but 30 pence worth of plastic for £4.90! really?!
