I like the Tortex picks and these are essentially the same but with a rugged surface for extra grip. The rugged surface actually works great the only downside is that it looses its ruggedness very fast and after that it's just like a regular Tortex. If the surface would stay rugged longer I would give these a better score.

Choosing picks is always a matter of personal taste and these ones just weren't right for me. They have a peculiar powder coating that I found quite irritating. Other than that they are fine.
