Versitile (Great for Digging in)
Stravers30 20.08.2019
At .71mm this is right where it needs to be for versatile guitarists who tend to jump from rhythm to lead playing a lot.
PROS: It's stiff enough for accurate playing but flexible also if you really like to dig in & bend/manipulate the shape of the pick & produce different textures. It's also flat & thin which is great for comfort.
CONS: This flat/smooth style of pick ( without any printed grip) seems to slip from the fingers more (but only occasionally) than a gripped printed pick but to be fair I like the flatness of them so it's a small price to pay. They also come treated in a white powder which is great for adding grip but it only lasts a couple of plays, so a fairly pointless addition really. Other than that these are my favourite picks to use with spanky rythm playing & versatile accurate lead playing also.

J
The most comfortable in my opinion
Jaber 30.12.2017
Everything depends on your personal taste but here is my opinion from my experience with various picks, from cheap to fancy expensive, I found the gator grip as the most comfortable plus the 0.71 thickness makes it suitable for all styles which makes it easy to have one pick for everything rather than a pick for strumming and another one for fast playing... etc

Reasons for its comfort
- It doesn?t give you a feeling that you are holding a bulk of edgy plastic in your hand; it has this nice leathery feeling.
- Since the pick is not too edgy, it doesn?t generate a friction sound while picking.
- The leathery feeling gives you more grip on longer periods of playing.
- And the most comforting of all, the price, it isn?t bad at all.

Worthy product

I have extremely sweaty hands and these picks kinda work for me, not much to complain about. Maybe there's some other picks in existance that give better grib but I didn't found them yet. Till then, Gators do the job.

amazing picks!
bert578654 12.03.2020
these picks are AMAZING for playing fast music. at first i used to use very heavy picks and they played very slowly but after i got these they helped my playing so much. the only thing i don't like about these picks is that they don't have the best durability.

A
Extra Grip For Those Who Need It
Anonymous 02.12.2015
Due to issues with picks that would start to slip around my fingers because of my sweaty hands, I had to make the switch to Dunlop's Gator Grip picks. I feel they work great for solving my gripping problems, so I use these and the 0,96mm variant of them almost exclusively.

I found these 0,71mm picks to be a great companion to my playing style. They are a good mid-way thickness for strumming and at the same time being able to pick those hard notes on the electric guitar. Even though these picks are slightly on the thinner side, I haven't had any problem with tear, but I have had them wear out quicker than usual.

I found my pick of destiny
InfectedSyren 06.03.2018
I play in an acoustic band and I have used regular Dunlop picks for years. I found one of these in a rehearsal room and tried it out and loved it. The grip on these is brilliant and the string contact feels soft and smooth. Compared to the regular Dunlop picks I used to use these seem to have a softer tone. I have never dropped a pick at a show and they seem to last quite a while.

Good Grip
sonead 02.04.2019
My hands and fingers always get sweaty when playing and the pick falling out my hand is a common occurrence. These have very good grip but only when the fingers are wet.

Really happy with these. Sadly they just as easily vanish down the back of the couch with all the others...
