Easily integrate your laptop into Dante
Dante is an extremely fluid and clean protocol for audio signals over long distances that avoids huge cable looms and large patch boxes. With Dante Virtual Soundcard (DVS) your laptop can easily transmit and receive 32x32 channels of audio via ethernet to a device of your choice like an X32 with a Dante card or the new QSC LA108 line array.
It is a bit complicated to understand the main concepts of Dante in the beginning, applying changes or understanding the interface of DANTE CONTROLLER, which you require to make your patches, but once it's set up, as long as the setup remains the same, Dante removes all cables except your ethernet cable. This is why DVS is great to integrate your laptop to Dante and remove the need for a soundcard.
