Ich spiele nach wie vor 10-er Saiten auf der Westerngitarre, selbst wenn die Mensur ein wenig kürzer ist. Für vollen Klang und sichere Intonation brauche ich also qualitativ hochwertige Saiten. Die Daddario XS aus der weißen Packung habe ich für mich entdeckt, weil sie wirklich sehr lange halten, sauber intonieren, und haptisch recht angenehm sind. Gerade die Stellen, die man ständig mit dem Plektrum traktiert, halten lange durch, ehe die Beschichtung zerfasert. Gerissen ist mir noch keine dieser Saiten. Jetzt kann man im Dreierpack ein paar Euro sparen. Meine Empfehlung.
