The colours of the cympads are so exciting and make your drum kit look so much cooler. All my friends noticed them and said how much cooler they look than regular cymbal felts that are boring in their dull blacks a greys. Not only do they look awesome but they also eradicate many of the harsh vibrations that can be heard coming from your cymbal stands. I definately recommend this product to all drummers as they improve the look and sound of your drum kit. Do not be put off by the price as they are much better quality than normal felts and will therefore last longer.

Gute Alternative zu den klassischen Filz-Pads

Die Cympad Chromatics benutze ich zusammen mit den schwarzen Standard-Cympads. Die Chromatics habe ich auf der Oberseite der Becken angebracht. Dort sind sie nicht nur ein optisches Highlight sondern sorgen auch für einen definierteren, sauberen Klang der Becken.
Der Unterschied zu den klassischen Pads aus Filz ist deutlich hörbar. Vor Allem da Störgeräusche z.B. Resonanzen der Beckenständer selbst verringert werden.
Die Cympads sind aus Schaumstoff, fühlen sich nicht unangenehm an und riechen auch nicht störend chemisch oder Ähnliches. Auch nach längerer Montage ohne Austausch haben sich die Pads bisher nicht verformt.
Ich habe mit dem Cympads bei Live-Auftritten und Bandproben bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Auch der Sound-Engineer z.B. bei Indoor Live-Auftritten freut sich über die klareren und etwas gedämpften Becken.
Klare Empfehlung meinerseits.
