Compact midi leads which make for a tidy installation. I wouldn't want to use them in a situation where they are continually plugged and unplugged but for me they do very nicely in a rack installation. The cables leave the plug at an angle, and the angle is reversed at the other end, giving the options as to which way the cable hangs from your device - which turns out to be fairly crucial for me in a tidy install. A particularly nice piece of design. Also, the plug heads are tiny, which again not only helps tidiness but allows a little more space in a tight installation.

Perfect for Rockboard Pedalboards

These MIDI cables are very low profile making them ideal for pedalboards where space is at a premium. Highly recommended.

They are also a perfect match for Rockboard pedalboards, which solved problems for me with other brands that:

a) do not fit through the slots without "modification" (One Control MIDI Hammer Cables)
b) cover adjacent I/O ports (Rockboard Flat MIDI Cable)
c) have obtrusive cable holders (Rockboard FLAX Plug)

Perfekt für ein platzsparendes Pedalboard-Setup! Ich hatte das Problem, dass mein Source Audio Ventris und Nemesis nebeneinander auf dem Pedalboard stehen, jedoch beide seitliche Midi- als auch Klinken-Buxen haben! Patch-Kabel gibt es alle gewinkelt und daher kein Problem, jedoch bei Midi-Din-5-Pol-Steckern findet man fast ausschließlich gerade und außerdem globige Stecker, die nicht flexibel sind! Oder eben direkte Steckverbindungen ohne Kabel, bei denen ich Angst um meine Buchsen haben muss!
Diese Midi-Kabel sind für meine Zwecke perfekt: Sehr flache Stecker, die wenig Platz beanspruchen und außerdem ist das Kabel um 45° gedreht, d.h. es stört nicht bei Buchsen nebenan. Weil das Kabel symmetrisch gebaut ist, zeigt ein Stecker 45° nach links und einer 45° nach rechts, weshalb eine Seite immer passt.
Zu bedenken ist: die Kabel sind einerseits sehr flexibel, was gut ist für mein Pedalboard und die Verlegung, jedoch auch relativ dünn, weshalb das Kabel nicht zu sehr belastet werden sollte. Für meine Zwecke perfekt.
