Almost perfect
I bought 2 of those for the splitter rack of my band. The product works fine, soundwise I can say it's perfectly ok for live situation. No problems with phantom power, as long as you follow the instructions. I can't tell about studio quality because I haven't used it in such setting. The price is super!
The only real downside is that having 2 outs on the back is quite a bummer for those who want to use it in a two face rack case and have both ins and half of the outs available. I had to buy a rack panel with XLR holes and solder connection cables to solve this issue. There are alternatives with different configurations (ins and 1 out on the front, 1 out on the back) but the price difference is so relevant that I preferred to do this workaround.

We bought 2 of these splitters for splitting the signal in our IEM rack (1 side for FOH and one side for our mixer)
No added noise in our mix. No noticable ground loops when using it in our rehearsal room.
All in all i think a great product. The only downside I noticed for now, is that the buttons are VERY easily pushed and I can image some problems popping up because of this in the future.
Great budget option, at least for now.

price to quality
This is a very simple and competitively priced product to split your mic signal to two different outputs, e.g one signal for stage monitoring and the other for FOH.....like we do do right for portable events using an A&H cq 20b and a Mackie 32S...all in one rack...very satisfied till now....I guess u can even use it combining IEM and stage monitors simultaneously....worth buying...and not forget: quality as always with Thomas.
