Sometimes plastic is fantastic, but not this time. Hollow sound, no core, it's a bit harder then reeds with same number, but most important thing is that it's made out of plastic which is already too much in our life and as microscopic particles it ends up in our bodies. Advertised as a good thing which lasts many times longer than cane reeds, but noone talks about health. I definitely stay with cane.

Como ocurre con todas las cañas, hay que combinarlas con boquillas que funcionen bien, aunque, en general, mejoran todas las boquillas con las que las he probado. La inmediatez en la respuesta y la durabilidad son aspectos a destacar. Desde que las probé por primera vez, hace unos cinco meses, no he sentido la necesidad de probar otras cañas aunque, en ocasiones, combino las Bari Original con los otros dos modelos que ofrece la marca.

This is what I have been looking for. A good, sturdy reed with no hassle with wetting and storage. The response is incredible, almost a little hard to control but it takes some time to adjut. Easy to play. Very projecting and vibrant tone. Can be pushed really hard and sound brutally loud. Good response in the low register. Because it is plastic it can be slippery on the mouthpiece so you need to tight it slightly harder with the ligature.
