Si
Versatile Amp for Classic rock, blues and more
Strat in the hat 23.05.2025
I’ve been on the hunt for a Bad Cat amp for ages, but I never quite found the courage to splurge on the hardwired series. This one, however, was a perfect fit for my budget.

The clean channel is simply fantastic! And the low/high option gives you a smooth, gentle clean to a slightly edgy, rockin’ overdrive. The second channel picks up where the first leaves off, seamlessly transitioning from a edge of breakup to a smooth, creamy rock tone. It’s not the best choice for metal or heavier genres, but hey, they’ve got the Lynx for that!

And let’s not forget about the reverb. It’s one of the best I’ve ever heard on an amp. Plus, the master volume is so well-designed that you can play at room levels without any noticeable loss of sound quality.

Quality-wise, I can’t be happier. I’ve been gigging with it for about ten gigs now, and it’s never given me any trouble. Oh, and the included cover is a nice touch, giving it an extra layer of protection against scratches.
