Recording a great sounding acoustic guitar in an untreated room has been a frustrating experience……until now. These sound amazing. It’s very easy to get a great sound and no off axis colouration. The frequency response is extremely flat and natural sounding and they take eq very well. An absolute bargain at this price

I own many SDC mics: Schoeps, Neumann, and more. These are quite special, and will likely become much more common. So far I've used them on acoustic guitars (nylon and steel), acoustic bass and various percussion (djembe, maracas, shakers, triangles, etc). They worked very well, and took eq well. I find a lot of SDC too bright -- these are not bright, and that was exactly what I was looking for. They're made in Austria, and look and feel quite sturdy. Strongly recommended.
