Ich habe zuvor ein AKG C1000S benutzt, ganz sicher ein sehr guter Condenser in seiner Preisklasse, doch gegen die Wärme, Präsenz und authentische Klangabbildung des AT 4047 absolut kein Vergleich.
Oft genug ist das Mikro das schwache Glied in der Aufnahmekette und mit dem Audio Technica kann man hier wunderbar Abhilfe schaffen.
Kein ewig nervender Eigenklang, keine toten Frequenzen, alle Richtcharakteristiken machen ihren Job tadellos. Einfach eine wunderbare Wärme im gesamten Klangbild.
Vorraussetzung: Damit das AT seine Stärke auch ausfahren kann, braucht es einen wirklich gut gedämmten Aufnahmeraum!
