Good upgrade!

This is a noise free, reliable and very well built active preamp for bass guitar! Don't be fooled by it's price, this is a really good upgrade for many active bass out there. The best for the buck, no doubt about it!

only complaint is that if your installing it into a single pick up bass its rather difficult to install but other than that brilliant 3 band eq for the money, definitely would buy again

Unbelievable Sound Quality

I upgraded my passive Dean 1 6 String with this preamp and what was already a good sounding bass is now a GREAT sounding bass. I recommend this preamp to anyone converting from passive to active.

Excellent pre amp

Fitted this in my ibanez 5 pot bass after the pre amp packed in.
Very easy to install and in my personal opinion this sounds a lot better than the one pre fitted .
Great tone control very versatile to achieve the tone I wanted.
