Antelope Edge Solo

I have a small project studio and mainly do overdubs and mixing. Got this bundled with a discrete 8, while it's got its limitations re pattern switching it's a great mic. Add the modeling and it takes its usefulness up a big step. I've had the privilege to have used some of the models. And with a bit of care you can get very very good results. Especially when used in conjunction with the DSP mic pres on board the discrete 8. Great stuff. My only gripe is having to have a USB iLock to use natively. Even ProTools is soft key these days..... 4 stars rather than 5 because of that.

Emulation works, it doesn't work, Noise, etc. and the microphone, on the contrary, is not bad
