I got this pot for my Les Paul as I did not want to install a push-pull tone knob. This is the perfect solution for my coil splitting, as it maintains full humbucker mode when at 10 while allowing me to dial in anything between split (1 coil only at 0 position) and humbucking mode.
Good quality, would buy again in a heartbeat.

If, like me, you very rarely ever use your tone pot, and you prefer the option of removing it from the circuit when not in use, this is a good option for you.

I've always found CTS pots to be of good quality, with good action and ratings always well within tolerance levels.

Great control and transparency

The log scale and transparency when turned all the way up makes it fully controllable and truly transparent. Love it.

This works great. The quality is great.

Be careful about the length of the shaft - it's really short. It hardly came through the top wood on the Explorer. I also had to widen the hole.
The back of the pot is the candy type shape.
