Bought a new pot for my tele. When I open full volume guitar goes silent. Pot came with the 3rd lug with connection issues, the contact is probably broken inside. No solution, pot is unusable. Still waiting for feedback from thomann.

Ich habe Pots von 250k bis 1M in allen meinen Bässen und Gitarren verbaut.

Diese hier habe ich verwendet um die defekten Pots in meinem 1975er Fender Mustang Bass auszutauschen - diese waren ebenfalls von CTS und haben immerhin stolze 48 Jahre durchgehalten - diese Lebensdauer erwarte ich mir hier ebenfalls :)

Sie sind leichtgängig, aber nicht zu leichtgängig und erfüllen ihren Zweck als Volume- und Tonregler ausgezeichnet. Für Menschen, welche die Elektronik ihrer Squiers oder asiatschen Gitarren upgraden möchten, sei gesagt, dass die Pots kein metrisches Format haben, dementsprechend müssen Knöpfe für US-Modelle her und die Control Plates evtl. auf 10mm aufgebohrt werden.
