Bang for bucks
Plus for this console. As easy as it gets. Sound quality of the mic pre-s and converters. 96 khz. (For recording purposes)
Good eq (changes are immediately apparent). The screen is really nice . Midi integration is top notch .
So so for this console. Included Effects (reverbs etc. are not on par with Wing or even x32) but i like the eq section much better.
Bad for this console (and fot the sq series as well for that matter) Having to pay for the extra effects is … well… come on. No tone shaping tool :Transient designer. Again … come on.
Conclusion: soundwise (meaning preamps and conversion and channel equipment) this console beats everything in this pricerange, as well for the ease of use and the fact 16 channel dante capabilities are included. On the processing side a&h could learn a thing or two from behringer.
For me this was more important than the processing capabilities, since the jobs that i do depend more on initial signal quality and dante capability. My Grace design units work happily alongside this little machine and at this pricepoint it was a no brainer.

Excellent Mixer, a welcome refresh!!
Bought this to takeover the duties of the Qu-16 I’ve had for a while now. Excellent expandability with the addition of Dante and sLink. Sound quality is great with double the sample rate and the configuration flexibility with the new Digital Scribble and 4 custom layers. This mixer is a great refresh for the Qu desks.
